In Canopy of Whispers, I create a quiet dialogue between colour and form that reflects the landscape’s layered complexity without overwhelming detail. The result is a composition that encourages slow looking, offering space for interpretation and reflection on the way human cultivation shapes the earth in unexpected ways.

This work continues my interest in how shifts in viewpoint—even those that last just moments—can reveal new dimensions in familiar scenes. It’s a reminder that the ordinary can become extraordinary when seen from above.
